• Allow users to export patient appointment information at regularly scheduled intervals and up to five day in advance. For unscheduled patients, staff can send patient appointment and demographic information immediately upon patient check-in.

• Export patient data from your practice management system to your EMR package to ensure the physician has the most current patient demographic and insurance information.

Avoid Errors in Data Entry

• Transaction data is held in a "staging area" and checked for errors prior to posting to the practice management system. User can correct any errors directly while viewing transaction rather than searching for the error in the practice management system after posting.
